FEATURED PERFORMERS

Ursula Populoh
Ursula Populoh is a fibers artist and performer. Her works, focused on folk art and storytelling, are often informed by her own life and personal experiences --growing up in post-WWII Bavaria and later becoming an emigrant to America.

Sari Langholt
Sari Langholt is a performer, puppeteer, and multimedia artist based in Baltimore MD.

Jamison Field Murphy
Jamison Field Murphy's songs draw from the warped edges of singer-songwriter music and psych pop: the intuitive harmonic vocabulary of Syd Barrett, the complex miniatures of Chris Weisman, and the collage style of The Olivia Tremor Control bear particular influence. While the songs always threaten to melt into noise, a pop sensibility and obsessive sense of form remain at the center.

Mutual Obsession Circus
Mutual Obsession Circus is a radically-minded performance duo who tell stories through puppetry, song, and handmade spectacle. They were last seen at Le Mondo for their premiere of THE APOCALYPSE SHOW. They'll be your hosts for the evening!

Valeska Populoh
Valeska Maria Populoh works as an artist, educator and cultural organizer in her adopted hometown of Baltimore, Maryland. Embracing a wide array of tactics, from puppetry to participatory performance, Valeska's work is motivated by an interest in healing and repair, in our relationships to each other and to the natural world. Valeska has performed at the International Toy Theater Festival in New York City, the Puppeteers of America Festival, and Puppet Uprising!
She has been a coordinator of the Transmodern Performance Festival and is the co-founder of the Puppet Slamwich at Black Cherry Puppet Theater. She is a trained facilitator in the Critical Response Process and has facilitated workshops on strengthening group dynamics in community-based work, collaborating frequently with other artists and organizations to invent, create and curate cultural actions and events. Valeska also serves on the faculty of the Fiber and First Year Departments at the Maryland Institute College of Art, where she has been teaching since 2008.

MANiC!
MANic! is your favorite clown - a trans Baltimore dragster dedicated to gender deviance, trans divinity, and violent JOY!

The Baltimorim
Klezmorim (klezz/more/imm) is Yiddish for a group of musicians. Klezmorim + Baltimore = Baltimorim! They'll be your house band for the evening!
